Member of CBRE Manchester’s office agency team. We work with a mixture of institutions, developers, funds, prop cos and private individuals. I provide advice to landlords and occupiers on their accommodation. This includes advising landlords on the disposal of office accommodation and occupiers on the acquisition of new premises, mitigating existing liabilities and reducing costs through lease renewal or regears. I also advise on the re modelling and re development of office buildings in order to improve and maximise value.
