ABOUT
Oversee's the Henderson Group’s portfolio of real estate assets, as well as the opportunistic acquisition and disposition of assets on behalf of the company. Mr. Eisenhardt also spearheads the company’s land development efforts, including site selection and build-to-suit activities. Mr. Eisenhardt is a seasoned veteran of the real estate brokerage community, having represented all types of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in a variety of real estate transactions. Prior to joining the Henderson Group in 1988, Mr. Eisenhardt served as a credit analyst for Mellon Bank East, N.A. and acquired raw land for subdivision and development of luxury single-family homes for PA Land and Realty, Ltd.
