Mark Cooley

As a managing partner of SV Capital Partners (SVCP), Mark is active in all aspects of the firm’s investments, developments, and management. Mark has been at SVCP since its inception and as a founding partner, he has been an advisor, agent, and investor in various mergers and negotiated over $1 billion in total transactions. Mark spent 10 years working for Citibank in corporate finance in New York, Chicago, and Denver prior to entering the private markets. He received a Bachelor’s in Economics from DePauw University as well as a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University.
