Mark Cohen formed CenterPoint Commercial Properties, LLC. in January of 2001 after working with both boutique and large real estate brokerage houses. Mark began his real estate career in 1990 working with developers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth marketplace. He assisted contractors and owners in the construction and preparation of newly improved properties in both the residential and commercial fields. He then moved to the marketing side of the business. There, he aided brokers and developers in locating properties for local and national retailers. After several years of research and marketing experience, Mark entered the brokerage area of real estate with Henry S. Miller Commercial in 1995. After several years, he moved to Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate Services. He was the in-house specialist with the company for leasing small shop retail space. He spearheaded the leasing efforts of many shopping centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. This extensive list included existing properties, as well as new developments. He also focused on tenant representation services with nationally expanding tenants such as Church’s Fried Chicken, Jamba Juice, The Good Egg, Castle Dental, Philly Connection, and Packaging and Shipping Specialists. These clients, along with the experience to handle transactions effectively for his clients, allowed Mark to venture out and create CenterPoint Commercial Properties. The foundation of the company was to provide the service and attention to detail expected from every client.
