Mark Christierson originally joined CBRE in 1996 with Valuation and Advisory Services Group in Southern California. He specialized in cash flow analysis on institutional grade property throughout the West Coast and Hawaii. By July 2000, Mark transitioned to Brokerage Services in the Silicon Valley and in January 2003 moved on to the Insignia/ESG team spearheading the company’s expansion of services in the Silicon Valley. With the acquisition of Insignia/ESG by CBRE in July 2003, Mark has rejoined the CBRE team. Mark has focused on both Office/R&D landlord and tenant representation for high tech companies located in the Silicon Valley. Mark has completed over 8.5 million square feet of leasing totaling approximately $1.1 billion in consideration. He has also been involved in nearly 5 million square feet of acquisition/dispositions over the past 20 years totaling nearly $1.1 billion in consideration.
