Mark Christianson

Mark has been involved in Real Estate since 1989, more than 35 years. During 12 years of experience in Multifamily Property Management he was involved in building renovations and assisted with the sale of several apartment buildings. In 2000 he started his own real estate company. During the intervening years he has assisted many clients with their real estate needs including the acquisition, management and sale of investment properties. Mark has experience with both Residential single and multifamily properties, as well as small commercial buildings. Mark has built successful relationships with many people over the years. He has worked with homeowners, multifamily property owners, other property management firms and real estate professionals, institutional investors and internet real estate resources. His experience in construction has been a valuable asset to clients and customers. Utilizing those skills, along with his property management experience, he is well qualified to assist in the acquisition process and to advise on cost/value decisions prior to a sale.
