Mark Brown

Mark has approximately 34 years experience in the surveying profession. He initially worked in London for 2 years in the Estates Department for 7 Eleven convenience stores, dealing with new store acquisitions including site finding and negotiation of lease terms, plus rent reviews and lease renewals on existing stores. Mark moved back to Northamptonshire in 1986 to join a regional practice before becoming a founding Partner in Budworth Brown who subsequently merged with Marriott Hardcastle to form Budworth Hardcastle. Marks experience covers most elements of general practice surveying with a strong investment and development bias. He is a member of the RICS.
