Mark Brody

Mark Brody is recognized as a skilled lease, purchase and disposition transaction negotiator in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area marketplace. This skill, along with his technical expertise, detailed process and transaction-oriented approach, led to Mark being recognized as a consistent top achiever at the Ezra Company. Mark's experience includes negotiating transactions with a combined value in excess of $400 million. Top Washington DC law firms and four of the six largest law firms in Delaware have retained Mark's consulting and transactional services. Along with transaction services, many assignments for these firms have required his expertise in the development of detailed analysis and strategic plans, lease/purchase research and analysis, build-to-suit analysis and planning, real estate portfolio management and analysis. Among other successful assignments, Mark has coordinated complex research studies, the purchase of land parcels for build-to-suit transactions, and building purchases for diverse and impressive clientele. This includes headquarters facilities for the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, American Society of Association Executives, and the International Life Sciences Institute (a Foundation of the Coca Cola Company). Mr. Brody has been in the real estate industry since 1981. Prior to joining The Ezra Company in 1984, Mr. Brody worked as a real estate appraiser assisting in the valuation of land and buildings in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. As the host of NEGOTIANTS.COM, Mr. Brody is able to advise tenants on a variety of Real Estate issues via E-mail. In addition, Mr. Brody has assembled sites and developed land for the construction of office buildings. Mr. Brody, a licensed Real Estate Broker, has a strong financial background, and is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance.
