Mark Bolding

Mark Bolding joined Colliers in 2016, with a primary focus on leasing and marketing warehouse and distribution facilities throughout the Mid-South for both private and institutional clients. Mark plays an integral role on the Memphis Industrial leasing team by executing industrial transactions, working closely with construction and property management, while also identifying opportunities through project leasing and acquisition/disposition services. Prior to joining Colliers, Mark worked for Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC. Mark played a vital role in Stream Charlotte’s growth from a two man startup into an established leasing and investment firm. He focused primarily on project leasing and tenant representation, while also identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. While in Dallas, Mark worked as an analyst to support both tenant and landlord teams for office and industrial.
