Mark D. Bitterlin founded the Company in 1980. The Company and its wholly owned affiliate, San Diego Property Management, and Trust Real Estate Services manage and operate over 100 Commercial and Multi-family properties throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, the San Francisco Bay area, Oregon, and Arizona. The Company corporate office is located in San Diego and the combined Companies’ employ 45 people. Bitterlin Companies, Inc. and San Diego Property Management strive to deliver the highest possible level of service for the Management and Administration of its client’s valued Real Estate Assets. The Company has an exemplary record in the delivery of these services over the past 40 years. Our services include Real Estate Management, Brokerage, Commercial Leasing, Consulting, and Project Management. Our affiliated Company, Trust Real Estate Services, provides Real Estate support to Bank Trust Departments, Private Trustees, Estate Planning Attorneys, CPA firms, and Wealth Management Advisors. Our Company President, Mr. Mark Bitterlin, acts as Managing Director or CEO of several family partnerships and closely held Corporations where beneficiaries and heirs to significant real estate portfolios do not have the expertise to administer the operation of their family real estate investments. Mr. Bitterlin is a past President of Rotary, The Point Loma Association and the Estate Planning Council of San Diego. He is respected as an expert in the field of Trust Real Estate Services, and serves as a Court Appointed Receiver for the Superior Court of California. Mr. Bitterlin, along with his wife of 44 years, Anita, reside in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. They enjoy time spent with their grown children and their seven grandchildren.
