Mark Anderson, Vice President at Colliers International has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. During that time, Mark has worked with numerous local and national clients concentrating on office and retail properties. Over the past few years, Mark has closed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $45,000,000. As a retail broker, Mark has completed transactions with Wahlburgers, Banfield, Citizen's Bank, Emiliano''s, Dollar Tree, Anytime Fitness, Sprint, Moe's Southwestern Grill, Trek Bikes, Northwest Savings Bank, Massage Envy, Verizon, Supercuts, Dibellas' Old Fashioned Subs and many others. Mark is a member of ICSC. Mark has negotiated lease transactions on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, AIG Insurance, URS Engineering, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Kemper Insurance, Clearwire, Viad Corp., Bosch, NRG Energy, Oracle, Crown Castle USA, Siemens, Marconi, Mitsubishi, and the Federal Government. Mark is actively involved in build-to-suit and development projects throughout western Pennsylvania. Mark's representation of Kemper Insurance led to the construction of Crescent Commons, a 40,000 square foot office building. Mark was instrumental in the development of a 35,000 square foot office building for the GSA on Pittsburgh's South Side and was active in the development of two retail strip centers in Cranberry Township. Mark is a licensed associate broker in Pennsylvania and is a CCIM candidate. Mark graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in history.
