With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Marissa leads a broad range of client engagements including sales management, project feasibility and strategic advisory in real estate investment property. In her career, Marissa has both sold and managed new home subdivisions as well as consulted new home builders around the nation in pricing and project feasibility. Marissa has transacted over $200,000,000 in residential real estate transactions. Marissa’s expertise includes: project feasibility studies, market analysis of differing investment types, project disposition, sales and marketing strategy, pricing and forecasting. Prior to founding Fit Properties, Marissa was a Senior Consultant for a real estate advisory firm where she was responsible for Strategic Consulting to real estate industry executives, builders, banks, and private investors in feasibility studies of their real estate ventures including land development, new home sales, pricing and product development. Additionally, Marissa sold and managed new home sales for a regional home builder for eight neighborhoods, including pricing, marketing, planning feasibility and development of upcoming neighborhoods.
