Mario Macioce

Mario Macioce started at Stream Realty Partners in February 2023 as a Associate for Stream’s Tenant Representation division. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and maintaining constant interaction with all current and prospective clients. In this role, Mario will focus on sourcing and assisting with lease transactions, market research, and trends as well as collaborating on deals with Stream’s transaction personnel. Prior to joining Stream, Mario started his professional career as a Business Development Manager at Builtech Services. During his time, Mario was able to build a vast network of real estate professionals in addition to his network of Architects and Engineers. He spent a large amount of time understanding the construction process along with how to navigate the deal process. His experience gives him a deeper understanding of process timelines and pricing structures.
