Mario Lanni

Mario is a Real Estate veteran with over 23 years of experience in the industrial and commercial sectors. Mario’s entrepreneurial spirit, with his passion and motivation for achieving the maximum results for his clients, allows him to offer his clients a very personalized service. Attention to detail, analytical mindset and negotiation skills are among his assets. After having worked as a tenant representative, Mario familiarized himself with all facets of real estate such as the sale of industrial and commercial buildings as well as land and project management. Mario was part of a team that worked on the first privately funded LEEDS certified building in Quebec in 2006 as well as an additional LEEDS project in 2009. Mario currently works on behalf of his clients as a leasing broker in both the office and industrial markets. Mario also represents his clients in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. Mario holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Sociology and Marketing and is perfectly fluent in French, English and Italian.
