Marianne Majors

Marianne is responsible for administration and support for the entire portfolio and is involved in leasing activities, acquisition/disposition of assets, construction management, investor relations, and general operations. Marianne joined the team in 2013, bringing with her approximately ten years in the real estate industry. She began her career in Columbus, Ohio, where she worked for a residential development company. Upon moving to Portland in 2006, she joined Norris, Beggs & Simpson where she specialized in leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, marketing and corporate coordination. Most recently, Marianne worked in retail leasing for CenterCal Properties.
