Marianne Holewski

Marianne Holewski joined Anchor Associates in 2002, bringing her extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants. Her deep commitment to meeting her clients’ needs has led to successful transactions and lasting relationships. During Marianne’s 16 years with Anchor Associates, her client list has included a wide range of leading national and regional retailers such as Ulta Beauty, Half Price Books, Weekends Only Furniture Outlet, Bassett Furniture, Pure Barre, Kirkland’s, Trek Bikes and Family Christian Stores. She has also successfully represented institutional, corporate and local owners including IRC Retail Centers, Drury Hotels, USAA Real Estate Company, The Richard E. Jacobs Group, Pine Tree Commercial Group and Neyer Properties. Marianne began her commercial real estate career in 1986 as a sales agent and property manager for a local developer. She subsequently gained additional expertise in the leasing and sale of retail properties through her association with Koll Management Services, CB Commercial, CB Richard Ellis and CBRE. Marianne is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and CREW Network. She is a licensed broker in Ohio and Kentucky.
