Maria Maynard

Maria B. Maynard is Vice President and coordinates the Corporation's management of diverse real estate assets owned by Cornell University from our branch location in Ithaca, NY. Since joining the Ashley team in 2001, Maria has pursued professional licenses and accreditation to support her management activities. Known as a creative and exceptional "people person", Maria lends her considerable property management and leadership talents to a broad range of activities associated with office, retail, laboratory, hotel, student housing and residential living spaces.
