Maria Garces

Born in Colombia to a family with a long history in real estate development. Maria obtained her degree in Economics and then went on to pursue a Masters degree in "Urban and Regional Planning" from Michigan State University. Maria moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1983 and then joined Prudential Florida Realty. During this time, she followed in her family's footsteps in the development of commercial and residential real estate. She has many years of professional real estate management and investment. After Maria's long list of successes with Prudential Florida Realty, she then obtained her real estate broker's license and went on to become a licensed mortgage broker. She used all these talents to form Fort Lauderdale's renowned M.E.G. REALTY INC
