Maria Blanchard

Maria began her real estate career immediately after college, working for a multi-family community developer in Alabama. She developed and managed communities across the Southeast. Upon relocating to Orlando in 1988, Maria was employed with Prudential’s corporate real estate franchising group in marketing and market development. After receiving her residential real estate license in 1991 while employed as an assistant to the sales manager of a luxury home community in Longwood, Florida, Maria supported four on-site agents and multiple luxury home builders. In 1994, Maria joined her brother Phil Rampy in starting Olde Town Brokers. As a natural transition for her to join the brokerage, Maria quickly became a top sales agent and was recognized as one of Orlando’s Top 100 REALTORS for over 15 years. From 1998 to the mid 2000’s, she and Phil were instrumental in revitalizing the Thornton Park neighborhood by buying commercial buildings, renovating, and bringing new businesses, restaurants and shopping to the neighborhood. During this same period, they developed and sold four projects that included two mid-rise condominium projects and two townhome projects, while also successfully converting and selling out four apartment communities to condo and converting a historic warehouse into loft work/life residences. In 2010, Maria moved into a General Manager role at OTB, overseeing operations and supporting over 50 agents while continuing to work with developers including relaunching the sales at The Star Tower and selling out a 28-townhome project in Thornton Park from 2015-2017.
