Margaret Ann Cook

Margaret Ann joined Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in 2018 bringing 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the past 15 years she focused exclusively on tenant representation, finding real estate solutions for her local and national clients. Earlier in her career Margaret Ann worked with some of the top landlord representation companies leasing office buildings for a variety of entrepreneurial and institutional owners. Margaret Ann’s achievements include being recognized as a Transwestern “Top Producer”, receiving Cushman & Wakefield’s Office Brokerage Deal of the Year award for EPCO’s purchase of 1100 Louisiana and receiving Cushman & Wakefield’s Brokerage Service Excellence Award for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of business performance excellence and total client satisfaction. Margaret Ann is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She serves as a transition coach to youth in foster care through her involvement with The Hay Center.
