We are a small family team (dad and 2 sons) with 25plus years in storage,pawnshop,light industrial, and residential experience. Our focus now is light industrial and storage. Not climate controlled, but large enclosed storage 12x30 at minimum. We design, gm,pm out builds and manger them ourselves. We are 2 years into a 10 yr goal to hit 1 million sqft in lease spaces. Zero outside investors. We built a 100k sqft storage facility in 2023. This property listed is about 70k sqft or 1200-1500 warehouse spaces done 2026. Contract on another 15 acres recently to hit that goal.
