Marcus Kinsella

Marcus Kinsella is Head of Operational Hotel Agency, advising on disposals and acquisition of operating and leased hotels, portfolios and development projects. Marcus is focused on providing advice to hotel investors and developers across the UK with a primary focus on the Central London market. He has a dual role across Operational Real Estate and Capital Markets. Marcus has over 12 years’ experience in commercial real estate with over nine years specialising in hotels and extended stay. He has brokered hotel transactions and provided consultancy advice from economy to luxury brands. Prior to joining Gerald Eve in June 2023, Marcus was a Partner of a niche practice advising on off market transactions and was responsible for origination and underwriting for a private asset management company. In addition to transactions, he has undertaken operator selection mandates and successfully concluded lease negotiations and hotel management contracts. Marcus has a broad range of clients including family offices, HNWs, private equity, developers and institutions.
