Marcus Davis

Marcus has over a decade of experience in commercial lending and is deeply passionate about multifamily and real estate lending. Prior to launching Spearhead Commercial Capital, he experienced a successful career as a Commercial Lender with Wells Fargo and most recently with Bank of the West. Marcus co-founded Spearhead with a vision to provide multifamily and commercial real estate investors access to creative lending options through relationships with conventional and unconventional national lenders. He strives to help investors make positive impact in our community while building meaningful relationships with investors and borrowers.
