Marco Lala
Marco is a real estate professional with a abundance of experience.
Mr. Lala graduated with a marketing degree from Manhattan College. He began martial arts training at age 14 and achieved the coveted rank of Black Belt three years later. By age 18, he wrote his first book on the subject and by 21, was one of the youngest, non-Asian full contact karate champions. He subsequently went on to author three books and produce and star in 26 instructional videos on martial arts, fitness and self defense. While searching for a new location for a training facility, Mr. Lala quickly recognized the power of real estate. He began working in local home sales and rentals in Westchester County, N.Y. After becoming a top producer of income properties at Marcus & Millichap and Wra Properties, Inc., he joined Massey Knakal to head its expansion efforts in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. Shortly after, he was named Partner. Mr. Lala has authored a new booklet - Deadly Mistakes Building Owners Make When It's Time to Sell - which illustrates the high-impact marketing techniques that have helped his clients and customers add millions of dollars to their net worth.
