In the last nine years Mr. Wolfe has specialized in landlord and tenant representation on a local and regional level closing over 500 deals in excess of three (3) million square feet. He has represented and consulted with many landlords (institutional and family ownerships) and tenants (entertainment, high-tech and Fortune 500 companies) on all aspects of the lease transaction including economic terms, concessions, contract flexibilities, architectural/space planning, construction/tenant improvements, building systems inspections, and most importantly, the aggressive negotiation between tenant and landlord. Additionally, Marc's strength lies in his technical/analytical skills as he performs financial analysis of lease opportunities for both tenants and landlords.
