He has represented and consulted with many landlords (institutional and family ownerships) and tenants (entertainment, high-tech and Fortune 500 companies) on all aspects of the lease transaction including economic terms, concessions, contract flexibilities, architectural/space planning, construction/tenant improvements, building systems inspections, and most importantly, the aggressive negotiation between tenant and landlord. Additionally, Marc's strength lies in his technical/analytical skills as he performs financial analysis of lease opportunities for both tenants and landlords.
