I believe that everyone should have access to financial literacy and strategies. If we focus on what we can control and prepare for what we cannot control, we are able to use our time for other activities to broaden and fulfill our lives. My process begins with listening to what is most important in your life right now. This discovery process allows us to partner together to create tailored solutions that meet your financial goals. My education includes a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, and I hold the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation. The College for Financial Planning awards the AAMS® designation to individuals who successfully complete a 12-module professional education program, pass a final examination, commit to its code of ethics and agree to pursue continuing education. My community volunteer activities include Toastmasters International club leadership and serving on the College of Central Florida Alumni Association board. For more than 25 years, I have lived in Marion county. I reside in Northeast Ocala with my wife, Valerie, on our small horse farm with a handful of horses, several cats and our loyal corgi. Our branch team is here to serve you with personalized service. My Branch Office Administrator, Sherri Vaughn, brings her attention to detail and caring personality with every relationship that we serve. Sherri married her high school sweetheart and is the wife of a retired United States Marine. Sherri is passionate about Toastmasters where she serves in leadership roles at the club, area and district levels. When Sherri's not at work, or involved with Toastmasters, you will find her serving in the many ministries of her local church. Moreover, she is an avid dog lover and owner of her rescue, Mandy, and cat, Shadow. Sherri enjoys gardening and finding ways to attract butterflies and hummingbirds to her yard. When she is not outdoors, you can find her inside playing her Ukulele and piano.
