COMPANY EXPERIENCE Marc K. Schlussel is one of the founding members of Key Properties LLC. Mr. Schlussel has experience in acquisition, development, construction, financing, leasing and management of office, industrial, residential and retail properties. PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS Served as Chair of the Teaneck Economic Development Corporation. He is a Member of the Cornell University Real Estate Council. He has also lectured on real estate development at New York University. Marc served on the Board of Directors of both North Bridge Park Coop and Tributary Gardens Condominium Association. EDUCATION Marc graduated from Cornell University and holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and a MBA from Cornell University.
