Since graduating The American University with a BS/BA in Real Estate & Finance in 1990, Marc has worked exclusively with Feinberg & McBurney. His career began with a focus on Tenant/Buyer Representation, however the scope quickly widened to include Landlord Representation, Consulting, Development and Investment Property Sales. One of Marc's strengths is recognizing the intrinsic value of sites that most would consider "stigmatized" - either because of environmental issues or market changes. Repurposing such forgotten properties has been rewarding to our clients, and is a niche market that is growing in the face of competition from internet retailers. Marc's focus is retail real estate, both single & multi-tenant, in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He represents nationally recognized companies as well as local owner/operators. There is no transaction too big or too small to garner his attention & enthusiasm. Marc is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Delaware.
