In 2007, Marc founded Spectrum Realty Services, LLC with the primary focus of supporting the needs of his real estate development projects and companies. After the real estate market almost collapsed during the first decade of the twenty-first century, Spectrum Realty Services experienced significant organic growth, primarily in the area of property management, as real estate owners began to rent the properties they could not sell. Subsequently, Marc expanded Spectrum’s business model and service offerings. After extensive planning and reorganization, in 2015 Marc launched a new branding effort with the intention of growing Spectrum into the trusted leader in Northeast Florida for property management and real estate brokerage services. Through ethical and honest practices, Spectrum Realty Services, LLC strives for this goal every day. By using the latest real estate technologies and establishing a clear corporate culture, Marc is leading Spectrum Realty Services, LLC on the path to redefining the traditional model of a successful real estate firm.
