Marc Hale

Marc began his brokerage career in 2016 at Paine Wetzel, where he quickly established himself as a top performer, earning the distinction of the firm’s top producer in 2019. He later joined DarwinPW Realty, continuing to build a strong track record across the Chicagoland industrial market. Over the course of his career, Marc has completed more than $150 million in real estate transactions, representing a wide range of clients in the food production and distribution, transportation, equipment rental, warehousing, and redevelopment sectors. Marc specializes in industrial brokerage across the City of Chicago, the I-55 Corridor, the Southwest Suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. He has extensive experience representing property owners in the sale of their properties, assisting buyers with their property acquisitions, leading leasing efforts for landlords, and negotiating favorable terms on behalf of tenants. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Illinois and Indiana. With a legal background that includes experience in real estate, contract law, and civil litigation, Marc brings a thorough and practical understanding of deal structure and negotiation. His early work in sports representation sharpened his skills in advising, advocacy, and strategic negotiation. These capabilities continue to shape his client-first approach. Marc is also a part-time Amateur Scout for the St. Louis Blues NHL hockey team.
