Marc Goldstein
Marc is the co-founder of Covington Realty Partners. He is responsible for the day-to-day management, overseeing all aspects of Covington's operations, including its acquisitions, development and asset management. Marc has more than 20 years of real estate experience, specifically in the acquisitions, development, and repositioning of multifamily and retail properties. During his career, Marc structured over $2,000,000,000 of real estate transactions. Marc is on the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC), a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA), Home Builders Association, a fellow at the Aspen Institute, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Marc is a member of YPO; he is a board member and founder of the Aspen, Colorado Chapter. Marc is an executive committee member and Treasurer of Jazz Aspen, a 501c3 created to fund music education in Pitkin counties Roaring Fork Valley. Marc is an alumnus of the University of Illinois and the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
