Marc Bonilla is Principle & General Partner of VIAONE Commercial Real Estate Group & Hardy Rio Development Company LLC, located in Phoenix AZ. With over 23 years of commercial real estate, investment, and development expertise, Mr. Bonilla founded VIAONE. VIAONE offers a suite of CRE services including: brokerage advisory, strategic acquisitions, private client representation, selective development and design build services, entitlements, as well as asset management. During his career, Mr. Bonilla has exclusively represented institutional and private buyers/sellers, REITs, Sovereign Wealth Funds and developers in the acquisition/disposition of retail, industrial and office assets. Prior to forming VIAONE Commercial Real Estate Group, Mr. Bonilla was a consistent Top Producer with Colliers International, while managing to build a high-yield CRE portfolio of assets strategically aligning with his clients. Mr. Bonilla has been involved in some of the largest transactions and developments nationwide. During his career, Mr. Bonilla has effectively architected investment strategies for small, mid and large-cap investors across all asset classes. Nationally, Mr. Bonilla has executed, or been party to over $5.6 billion of CRE projects.
