Manfred Schaub

Manfred is an Executive Director with the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield in the Downtown Los Angeles office and a senior partner of the team led by Marc Renard. With twenty years of experience in the capital markets, his focus is to provide real estate transaction origination serving clients in the Western United States. Since joining C&W in 1997, he has advised and participated in the sale of more than 500 properties with an aggregate value in excess of $25 billion including many of the highest-profile and most complex mixed-use assets in Southern California. During his tenure, he has provided consulting and representation for clients that include JP Morgan, Bank of America, FDIC, MetLife, Legacy Partners, Starwood Capital, Barings Real Estate, CIM Group, and Mirae Multi Asset. Mr. Schaub is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Economics and has been recognized with various top performance honors including C&W’s Chairman or Presidents Circle for the years 2004 through 2022. Mr. Schaub sits on the boards of two non-profit organizations (NPO's) providing financial and advisory oversight.
