Mandy Coleman

Mandy has been an integral part of our Charleston team for over 14 years and has had a hand in many of the peninsula’s most high-profile F&B development projects. In addition, she sits on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Commercial MLS. Originally from Hickory NC, in her free time Mandy enjoys tennis, backpacking and entertaining her two hound dogs. Prior to joining NRP in 2009, Mandy worked in Commercial Real Estate Development where she handled single-tenant NNN properties, retail leasing and land sales. She brings an immense amount of experience to the process of starting a restaurant from scratch – from lease execution to welcoming the first customer. Her clients appreciate her knowledge and insight into all aspects of hospitality projects.
