Malik Harris

Malik Harris advises companies of all growth stages in the development and implementation of occupancy strategies. From portfolio strategy to local market execution, his delivery model integrates business consulting with a full range of implementation services. Malik’s technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into any transaction to align with key business objectives. Prior to joining CBRE, Malik was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group. Malik began the first five years of his career with Jones Lang LaSalle. Malik attended California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he was a member of the Division II men’s basketball team. Outside of the office, Malik is affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area as a Big (mentor) and a member of the organization’s Junior Board.
