Malcolm Bailey

Malcolm is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years’ experience of commercial property matters, in particular rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and valuation. He has experience of acting as an expert witness in court and arbitration proceedings and is also on the RICS panel of Independent Experts and Arbitrators appointed to resolve rental and capital valuation disputes. Malcolm also undertakes valuations of residential properties in London for the purposes of lease extensions and negotiates claims in accordance with leasehold enfranchisement legislation.
