Makenna Peter

Makenna is a Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Makenna specializes in industrial investment advisory in Southern California. In this capacity, she represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition, or development of industrial assets throughout the region. Additionally, Makenna focuses on equity placement transactions within the industrial sector including joint venture equity and recapitalizations. Makenna has worked on over $1 billion of transaction volume since joining JLL in November 2020. Makenna serves as a representative on ULI’s Inland Empire Industrial Product Council as well as JLL’s National Industrial Rising Star Council. Makenna has served as an Executive Board Member for CREW Orange County and Co-Chaired the CREW Emerging Leaders Committee. Makenna received the 2021 “Rising Star” award on behalf of JLL’s Orange County Capital Markets team.
