Maha has substantial knowledge and experience working with investors who buy and sell strip and neighborhood shopping centers, mixed use properties, and single tenant, triple-net leased properties across the country. Maha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University at Dominguez Hills. She previously worked at one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms and has 10+ years representing buyers and sellers. Maha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AltaTera and its clients. Maha was raised in a family of commercial real estate investors. She has worked her way up from a salesperson’s assistant to a top agent. She demonstrates a passion for commercial real estate, through her personal relationships, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service for our clients.
