Madison O'Connor

Madison O’Connor is a Managing Director, Industrials Specialist with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Madison co-leads the Industrial Practice, a division within the company’s Institutional Coverage Group. In 2017, Madison joined the NNN Pro Group after working for four years with a team focused on office and industrial throughout the Midwest. Madison has closed more than $1.25 billion in transaction volume, concentrating on sale-leaseback transactions and single tenant industrial assets. Madison represents private equity firms, family offices, corporations, and institutional clients in the disposition and acquisition of investment properties. She is dedicated to maximizing value for her clients through her comprehensive market knowledge and transaction experience. Prior to joining the NNN Pro Group, Madison worked as a Development Manager for a real estate development company in Ottawa, Canada. She specialized in strategic planning, site selection and market positioning for mixed-use and office properties. She was instrumental in bringing to market over 1,600 multi-family units and 450,000 square feet of retail and office space. Madison graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia Université in Montreal, Canada and has been a licensed Broker in Illinois since 2014. She now resides in Brooklyn, NY with her dog, Harriet. Madison has been on the board of Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE) since 2015.
