Madeline Simons

As a Senior Associate within JLL’s Austin Agency Leasing team, Madeline assists in the marketing and leasing of commercial office buildings on behalf of local and institutional landlords. Madeline’s current responsibilities include marketing properties, financial lease analysis, market research and utilizing technology to ensure that the team has up-to-date, comprehensive data to best serve clients. Madeline joined JLL in 2016 as a Production Analyst within Houston’s Office Tenant Representation team. She supported Transaction Managers by producing financial lease analyses, market reports, marketing materials and other client-specific deliverables. Before joining JLL, Madeline spent a summer interning with CBRE in Austin, where she completed a comparative analysis of market availability and market research to identify growing companies. Madeline graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and received her certificate in real estate from McCombs Business School – University of Texas at Austin. Madeline is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA) and a Life Member of The University of Texas, Texas Exes.
