Madeline Mandanis

Madeline Mandanis is a member of the San Francisco Urban Retail Team, helping landlords and tenants navigate often complex and high-profile deals. She and the Urban Retail Team are called on for their expertise advising on assets in need of repositioning or a fresh perspective. Given her knack for creating and maintaining relationships, client interactions frequently begin and end with Madeline. Currently, she is working on the consulting and leasing for two of San Francisco’s most iconic projects – the Golden State Warriors’ Chase Center and Tishman Speyer/SF Giants’ Mission Rock. Madeline graduated from the University of San Diego in 2022, earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate. Prior to joining CBRE, Madeline worked at a boutique brokerage specializing in her favorite flavor of retail: restaurants. A proud foodie, Madeline is particularly passionate about restaurant- focused assignments and her experience brings a unique and dynamic perspective to the team.
