Mack specializes in office and medical real estate across North Florida. He advises in other markets as well, having executed transactions across the US. Representing occupiers and landlords, Mack helps clients save money, reduce risk, and increase efficiency through key real estate transactions and proactive portfolio management. He currently handles leasing on behalf of landlords for approximately 1,000,000 square feet in the Jacksonville market, and has extensive experience representing corporate users with complex real estate needs including certain Fortune 500 companies. Known for a collaborative, strategic, and detail-oriented approach, Mack acts as an advisor who offers valuable market insights while negotiating aggressively to protect clients’ interests. He is licensed in Florida and North Carolina, and is an active member of NAIOP and ULI. Mack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hampden-Sydney College, is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School, and resides in the San Marco area of Jacksonville with his wife.
