Mac Hollensteiner serves as an Associate of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group for the Mid-Atlantic Region and specializes in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties in the greater Washington, DC area as well as throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mac joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024, after spending a year as a Financial Analyst on Newmark’s Capital Markets Group in Baltimore, MD. At Newmark, Mac worked on the valuation and disposition of Industrial and Office properties throughout the greater Baltimore-Washington area.
