Then the property is priced and marketed to the specific user. Vernon will do the legwork for you. He will manage the sales agreement, handle the rezoning property, obtain permits, easements, do the surveys and finally the closing and selling the property. Vernon received his BBA in Business Management from the University of Georgia, where he also played football and was drafted from by the Miami Dolphins.
