Lynn Richter

Lynn began her career in commercial real estate in 1973 when she joined Metropolitan Life Insurance in Chicago, Illinois. In 1988, she relocated to MetLife’s St. Louis Regional Office as a Senior Asset Manager, where she was directly responsible for a diversified real estate portfolio in excess of $534 million. In 1994, Lynn entered CRE brokerage with Wolken Real Estate Advisors, assisting companies such as Lutheran Senior Services, BusComm, and Deutsche Financial Services with their corporate headquarters requirements. She also acted as a consultant broker to Corporate Plaza Management Company, preparing a business plan and facilitating the refinance, leasing, and eventual sale of their 200,000 SF Class A office building. In 2001, Lynn and her Wolken peers merged into Coldwell Banker Commercial. As Vice President, she excelled in general brokerage and achieved placement in the top 2% of their national sales associates, earning multiple Circle of Distinction Awards. She successfully handled approximately 254 lease renewals, expansions, and new locations nationwide for a corporate client—averaging over seven transactions per month. In 2010, Lynn joined KW Commercial as the first Managing Director for the Greater St. Louis area’s first KW Commercial office. Over her 13-year tenure, she served for five years as the Commercial Leadership Council Regional Director, mentored and acted as Broker to the office’s commercial agents, and created a marketing program for the firm that is now used nationwide. In 2022, Lynn founded Commercial Real Estate Solutions, LLC, where she continues to put her experience, knowledge, and resources to work in the best interest of her clients. Lynn’s general brokerage production tops over one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions over her career.
