Lydia is a Modern-Day Renaissance Woman. She is the Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Continental East Development Inc., (CED). Since its founding in 2009, CED has grown to a Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Development company which is headquartered in Murrieta, California. Lydia loves the outdoors, to travel and is an avid “Dog Lover.” Some people grow up knowing exactly what they want to do. She attributes her success to the values of her father taught her when she grew up in the family business. Her family held large holdings of real estate. At a very early age, Lydia learned the value of hard work and developed skills to network with influential people. In the early 1990’s Lydia and her partner established Brec Vending of Riverside. After building up the business, she pursued her passion in 2005 to enter the real estate field. Lydia is a California licensed Real Estate Broker. In 2011, CED established a new subsidiary whose business focus was the development and operation of (3) planned new Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Since that time CED has successfully opened (2) new Senior communities located in Murrieta and Moreno Valley and is currently working on new development plans for its 3rd community in Indio, California. In addition to her management role of CED, Lydia serves as Vice President of Renaissance Villages Inc. Lydia is a California licensed administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly. During the construction of the Renaissance Village communities, CED once again called upon Lydia’s “Renaissance” skills. Having a natural talent for design, Lydia rose to the challenge and personally selected all interior finishes, fixtures, and finishes.
