Prior to Matthews™, Luke worked as a principal at Coldwater Equities specializing in direct lending, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity, providing clients with customized financial strategies for a variety of real estate projects. His extensive experience allows him to structure deals that meet the unique needs of both institutional and private investors. Luke also has experience working at a variety of hospitality investment banking firms such as F10 Hotels, U.S. Hotel Advisors, and HVS Capital Corp.
