Luke Stavinoha

Luke Stavinoha joined Aspire Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Associate/Retail Director. In his role, Luke is responsible for leasing retail space and specializes in multi-tenant and single-tenant investment sales. He represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Houston market and assists with market research, industry trends, and advisory services. Prior to joining Aspire Commercial, Luke spent two years with Marcus & Millichap as a retail sales agent, focusing on Houston’s Southwest submarket. Luke executed over $15 million in transaction volume including retail, industrial, medical office, and land. During his time, he gained sales experience and knowledge of Houston’s market conditions, offering guidance and advising clients on future decisions. Luke earned several achievements during his time at Marcus & Millichap, consisting of Golden Dialer, Rookie of the Year, Top Emerging Listing Agent, and Top Emerging Earning Agent. Luke graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics- Finance and Real Estate and holds an active real estate license in the state of Texas. Luke volunteers for the Houston Rodeo and enjoys participating in community group events.
