For decades, Mr. Sauer has worked with a wide range of premier tenants, developers and landlords. He contributed to the transformation of Chicago’s Hubbard Street; as well as the 2016 Olympic bid planning (in conjunction with the City of Chicago) for a re-vitalization of the Motor Row Entertainment District on Michigan Avenue adjacent to McCormick Place Convention Center. Prior to his involvement in real estate, he started a company working with hotel & gaming industries in Las Vegas and developed a slot redemption loyalty program that increased player retention. This lead to starting a clothing company and a commercial design business focusing on fashion apparel and hard goods.
