Luke Raimondo leads a multi-disciplined team of professionals which has completed 4 million square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate value of nearly 1 billion. Luke has represented clients in nearly every major real estate market in the United States, and internationally in the UK, EMEA, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Luke’s team has a particular expertise with law firms, and has led over 50 law firm transactions across the United States. He is an expert in law firm trends, and has been published on the subject of law firm office leasing in Legal Management, Managing Partner, the Bottom Line, and various other publications. Before entering brokerage, Luke was a real estate attorney where he represented major municipal entities in transactional real estate acquisition work and real estate litigation. Luke remains an active member of the California Bar. Activities & Achievements: Luke is a board member for BAYCAT, a non-profit media producer in the digital arts space that educates, empowers, and employs underserved youth in the Bayview/Hunters Point neighborhoods of San Francisco. The work of BAYCAT students has been featured in film festivals around the world and has received dozens of awards domestically and internationally. Professionally, Luke is active member of the Los Angeles and San Francisco Bar Associations. Education: Luke received his Bachelor of Arts in history from San Francisco State University, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
